Maintains building services and fabric at assigned client premises, completing work orders, identifying faults and coordinating specialist support where required.
Carry out planned preventive maintenance and respond to assigned reactive work orders.
Inspect and troubleshoot routine electrical and plumbing faults within authorised competence.
Repair or replace minor fixtures, fittings, valves and building components.
Support basic air-conditioning maintenance where trained and authorised.
Use tools, materials and spare parts safely and minimise waste.
Follow PPE, safe isolation, permit-to-work and site HSE requirements.
Record completed work, readings, materials used and outstanding defects.
Escalate specialist, safety-critical or out-of-scope work to the supervisor.
Maintain tidy work areas and communicate respectfully with clients and occupants.
Relevant technical qualification or vocational training preferred.
Experience in building maintenance or facilities management preferred, preferably in the UAE.
Practical competence in more than one maintenance trade.
Ability to troubleshoot faults and use hand tools and test equipment safely.
Basic understanding of drawings, maintenance instructions and HSE requirements.
Ability to follow work orders and prepare basic maintenance records.
Good communication, teamwork and willingness to work at assigned locations.
Shifts, weekends, public holidays or overtime may be required according to operational needs and applicable policy.
