Performs planned and reactive HVAC maintenance at assigned client premises, diagnoses faults and restores equipment performance within authorised competence and site requirements.
Inspect, service and maintain air-conditioning units, ventilation equipment and associated controls.
Clean or replace filters and clean coils, condensate drains and related components.
Check operating conditions, airflow, temperatures and equipment performance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and control faults within authorised competence.
Repair or replace faulty components and support installation and commissioning tasks.
Handle refrigerants and service equipment using approved procedures and appropriate competence.
Follow PPE, safe isolation, permit-to-work and site HSE requirements.
Record inspections, readings, repairs, spare parts used and outstanding defects.
Escalate specialist or out-of-scope work and maintain clean, safe work areas.
Relevant HVAC, refrigeration or air-conditioning technical qualification or vocational training preferred.
Experience in HVAC servicing or facilities maintenance preferred, preferably in the UAE.
Practical knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems and fault diagnosis.
Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges and electrical test equipment safely.
Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and manufacturer service instructions.
Understanding of safe refrigerant handling and site HSE requirements.
Ability to complete basic service reports and work independently or in a team.
Willingness to work shifts and at assigned client locations.
Shifts, weekends, public holidays or overtime may be required according to operational needs and applicable policy.
