Responsible for supervising cleaners and housekeeping staff and ensuring work meets company and client standards.
Allocate duties.
Monitor attendance, grooming and performance.
Conduct toolbox talks and training.
Oversee scheduled, deep and periodic cleaning.
Inspect sites and correct deficiencies.
Maintain checklists and reports.
Manage chemicals, consumables, tools and equipment.
Prevent waste.
Enforce PPE, chemical safety and site HSE rules.
Coordinate with client representatives.
Maintain attendance, manpower, inspection, usage, incident and complaint records.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years’ cleaning-supervision or facilities-management experience preferred, preferably in the UAE.
Team-supervision experience preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment.
Basic HSE understanding.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare basic reports.
Shifts, weekends, public holidays or overtime may be required according to operational needs and applicable policy.
